The Story
Founded by two engineers who refused to compromise.
In 2017, Dr. Amrit Kumar and Dr. Baby Adhav opened Concept Asia in Parwanoo with a single ambition — to build pharma equipment the way a process engineer would draw it, not the way a contract shop would short-cut it. Argon-purged roots. Mirror polish where it matters. Documentation that survives an audit.
Eight years on, that first vessel still runs. We've added a second unit in Sambhajinagar, eighteen new product lines, and a small team that pours over each FAT like it's the only one.
Both directors still personally handle sales. When you call our line, you reach the people who designed the machine — not a call-centre. We're not the biggest. We're trying to be the one you call back.
What We Stand For
Three rules we don't bend.
GMP isn't a sticker.
Material certificates, weld maps, surface-roughness reports — every machine ships with a documentation pack that holds up to your auditor's worst day.
If we wouldn't run it, we don't sell it.
Our QA team has veto power over despatch. A vessel with a hairline weld pinhole stays here until it's right — even if the truck is waiting.
Support is forever.
Our oldest customer still gets calls returned the same day. Spares for machines we built in 2017 are still in stock.
In-House Capability
Sheet to skid, under one roof.
Rolling, dished-end forming, TIG & orbital welding, internal & external mirror polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm available), pickling & passivation, hydro-test & FAT — all done on-site by our own teams. Outsourced parts are limited to instruments, motors and bought-out fittings, all from named OEMs.

Where we build.
Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh
Our founding unit — focused on heavy fabrication: large reactors, storage tanks, water systems, and skid-mounted modules.
Maharashtra
Our western unit — closer to pharma clusters in Pune & Mumbai, handling mixers, blenders, dryers, and packaging-line equipment.
Pan-India service
Site-installation & AMC engineers operate across India — install, validate, and stay on call for the working life of the machine.
