Quality
isn't optional.

Every machine we build ships with a documentation pack that survives your worst audit day. Here's exactly what that looks like.

Standards We Build To

Every relevant code. Every batch.

GMP

Good Manufacturing Practice

WHO & Schedule M aligned. Hygienic design with sloped bottoms, dead-leg-free piping, sanitary fittings.

cGMP

Current GMP (FDA)

US FDA-style validation. 21 CFR Part 11-ready PLC and SCADA when specified.

ISO

ISO 9001 Quality System

Documented QA workflow — design review, in-process inspection, FAT sign-off, dispatch checklist.

ASME

ASME Section VIII / IBR

Pressure vessels designed and certified to ASME Section VIII Div 1, and to IBR for steam-side jackets.

3-A

3-A Sanitary Standards

For food / dairy customers — 3-A hygienic design principles applied to fittings, welds and surface finishes.

CE

CE-marked components

Motors, instrumentation and safety devices sourced CE-marked for European export jobs.

Documentation Pack Quality features

What ships with every machine

A folder you'd hand straight to your auditor.

  • Material Test Certificate (MTC) — every plate, every heat number
  • Weld map & Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) records
  • Dye Penetrant (DP) and where applicable, Radiography (RT) reports
  • Surface roughness report (Ra) — internal & external
  • Hydraulic / Pneumatic test certificate with calibrated gauge traceability
  • Pickling & passivation chemical batch certificates
  • General Arrangement (GA), P&ID and instrument datasheets
  • IQ / OQ / PQ protocols — pre-approved or customised
  • O&M manual, spare parts list, recommended PM schedule

FAT & SAT

We don't ship until you've seen it run.

PRE-FAT
Internal QA sign-off
Our QA team runs the machine through dry tests, hydrostatic test, leak test, and finishes inspection before customer FAT is scheduled.
FAT
Factory Acceptance Test
Customer (or their nominee) witnesses the test protocol at our unit — verification against URS, performance run, documentation review.
DISPATCH
Packed for transit
Custom timber crating, anti-rust treatment for sea freight, all openings sealed with FDA-grade liner.
SAT
Site Acceptance Test
Our site engineer commissions the machine, runs the SAT protocol, validates utility connections, and trains your operators.
IQ/OQ/PQ
Validation support
We help your validation team execute Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification protocols — and supply all reference data.
