Buying & Commercial
What's your typical lead time?
Depends on size and complexity:
· Lab-scale & small vessels: 3–4 weeks
· Mid-size reactors / dryers: 6–8 weeks
· Large reactors / water systems: 10–12 weeks
· Complete turnkey plants: 14–22 weeks
A firm schedule with milestone dates is shared after URS sign-off and 30% advance.
What are your payment terms?
· 30% advance against PO
· 60% against FAT clearance (before dispatch)
· 10% on commissioning & performance run
For repeat customers and large orders, we negotiate LC at sight, milestone-linked terms, or staggered delivery payment plans.
Do you offer GST / IBR / export documents?
Yes — full GST invoicing, IBR documentation for steam-side jackets, and export documentation (BL, COO, packing list, MTC, FAT) for international orders. IBR / ASME-stamped pressure vessels available on request.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We've shipped to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, UAE, Kenya and South Africa. Sea-worthy crating, anti-rust treatment for ocean transit, and full export documentation. International installation supported on quote.
Engineering & Customisation
Do you customise every machine?
Yes. Capacity, MOC (SS 316L / 304 / Hastelloy / glass-lined), jacket type (limpet / half-pipe / dimple), agitator (anchor / paddle / turbine / hi-shear), instrumentation, finish and PLC — every parameter is chosen for your specific application.
What materials of construction do you offer?
Standard: SS 316L & 304 (austenitic). Aggressive media: Hastelloy C276, Duplex 2205, Super-duplex. Glass-lined option available through partners for solvent recovery and acid handling. Mild steel available for non-process structures only.
What surface finishes can you achieve?
Internal: Ra ≤ 0.4 µm electropolished (pharma grade) standard, or Ra ≤ 0.8 µm mechanical mirror for general process duty. External: 240 grit matte standard, mirror on request. Surface roughness report shipped with every machine.
Can you build to ASME / IBR codes?
Yes — ASME Section VIII Div 1 design with optional U-stamp; IBR for steam-side jackets; PED equivalence for European customers. Third-party inspection (Lloyd's, BV, TUV) arranged on request.
Validation, Installation & Support
What validation documentation is included?
Every machine ships with: MTC, weld map, dye-penetrant report, surface roughness report, hydro-test certificate, pickling/passivation batch certificate, GA + P&ID, instrument datasheets, O&M manual, recommended spares list, and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
21 CFR Part 11-ready PLC and audit-trail SCADA available where specified.
Do you handle installation and commissioning?
Yes — our site engineers travel anywhere in India for installation, utility connection, SAT execution, performance run and operator training. International commissioning quoted separately.
What's the warranty?
12 months from commissioning or 18 months from despatch — whichever is earlier — against manufacturing defects. Excludes consumables (gaskets, seals, mechanical seal faces) and wear & tear under normal operation. Extended warranty available on AMC.
Do you offer AMC contracts?
Yes — Comprehensive AMC (parts + labour) and Non-comprehensive AMC (labour only) for any machine we've built. Includes scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration support and priority emergency response.
Are spares available for older machines?
Yes — we stock spares for every machine we've ever built, including units delivered in 2017. If we built it, we maintain it.
Can you sign NDAs / confidentiality agreements?
Yes — we routinely sign customer NDAs before technical discussions begin. Your formulation, process flow and URS never leave us.
